Ms H Malgas (ANC) announced that the meeting was called off as there was no quorum. The Chairperson of the Committee as well as the majority of the Committee had not turned up. She said the meeting had to be called off due to unforeseen circumstances. She apologised to the Members who had shown up as well as the invited presenters.
