TOUR TO THE FOUR PROVINCES

The Committee discussed and finalised the various details of their 14-19 April trip to the four provinces: the Free State, Gauteng, Mpumalanga and the Northern Cape. The tour would involve all the members in order to inspect various institutions of justice in the provinces. The Chair stated that the report from the last committee trip was still not available and requested that it be made available as soon as possible.
The Chair listed the various Bills that would come before the Committee at the start of the next session, among them, the Insolvency Bill, the Judicial Officers Bill and the International Criminal Court Bill.
