Election of Chairperson
In accordance with the rules of Parliament, the Committee elected Ms M Borman (ANC) to be Acting Chairperson in the absence of incumbent, Ms B Dambuza.
Consideration and Adoption of Committee Strategic Planning Report
The Committee made minor adjustments to the report, mainly pertaining to grammar, numbering and sentence structure.
Consideration and Adoption of Committee Annual Programme and Annual Budget
The Committee made minor adjustments to the report, mainly pertaining to grammar and minor detail clarification.
The Committee did not have a quorum and could therefore not adopt the two draft documents. It was agreed that the Committee would adopt the two documents in its next meeting.
