The Committee met to consider and adopt its five year programme and the report on its strategic planning workshop. In addition, the Committee approved the minutes of three previous meetings.

Consideration and Adoption of Minutes
The Chairperson tabled three sets of minutes and asked Members whether they could be approved.
Members unanimously adopted the minutes dated 28 May 2009 and 17 June 2009 without amendments.
The Committee made a few minor changes to the minutes dated 09 June 2009 and adopted this as well.
Consideration and Adoption of Committee Programme
The Chairperson referred to the Committee’s five year programme and asked whether this could be adopted.
Members did not propose any changes. As a result, the document was adopted without amendments.
Consideration and Adoption of Committee Report
The Chairperson requested Members to consider the report on the Committee’s strategic planning workshop.
Members were satisfied with the report and adopted it without amendments.
The meeting was adjourned.
