Meeting report
The Chairperson tabled the Committee’s Fourth Quarter Expenditure Report and requested Members to consider what changes should be made to it.
With a view to clarity and readability, the bulk of the changes related to phrasing, spelling and grammar.
Members also pointed out that some issues were not correctly aligned and should rather be included in other parts of the report.
While the proposed changes were adopted, the report would only be considered for adoption after all the changes were incorporated.
The meeting was adjourned.
