The Select Committee on Trade and Industry, Economic Development, Small Business Development, Tourism, Employment and Labour invites you to submit written comments on an amendment to the National Minimum Wage Act (Act No 9 of 2018) to correct a cross-reference and to provide for matters connected therewith.
The amendment is contained in the National Minimum Wage Amendment Bill [B 9-2019].

Stakeholders interested in making oral submissions are also requested to make a written request or contact our office by not later than Friday, 13 December 2019.
