The Portfolio Committee on Justice and Constitutional Development invites stakeholders and interested persons to submit written submissions on the draft Criminal Law (Sexual offences and Related Matters) Amendment Act Amendment Bill.
The Bill seeks:
▪ to amend the Criminal Law (Sexual Offences and Related Matters) Amendment Act, 2007, so as to enable the Minister of Justice and Constitutional Development to designate courts for purposes of dealing with sexual offences.
