The Minister of Public Service and Administration invites you to submit written comments on the draft Public Service Commission Amendment Bill.
The Bill aims to amend Public Service Commission Act, 1997, so as to:
▪ align it with the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, 1996;
▪ empower the Public Service Commission to give directions relating to the values and principles that govern public administration.
