The Department of Justice and Correctional Services has, has issued a call for interested parties to nominate candidates to be considered for appointment to serve on the South African Law Reform Commission (SALRC).
The term of office of the current Commission comes to an end on 11 August 2018. New Commission members must be appointed in accordance with the South African Law Reform Commission Act, 1973 (Act No. 19 of 1973
The Call for nominations to serve on the SALRC is posted on the SALRC website. Closing date for nominations is 25 July 2018 and all nominations may be sent to the Secretary of the SALRC in one of the following ways:
Nominations must be addressed to the Secretary of the SALRC at [email protected] by no later than Wednesday, 23 July 2018.
