The Commission invites any member of the public who has information or evidence concerning allegations of state capture, corruption or fraud in the public sector including organs of state and any other allegations that fall within the terms of reference of the Commission to provide that information or evidence to the Commission by sending written submissions to: inquiries@sastatecapture.org.za or calling the Commission at 010 214 0651 to make arrangements to meet with one of the Investigators or one of the members of the Commission's Legal Team for the purpose of making a statement under oath or handing over the evidence

The Judicial Commission of Inquiry Into Allegations of State Capture, Corruption and Fraud in the Public Sector including Organs of State (Commission), which is chaired by Deputy Chief Justice RMM Zondo, was established to investigate allegations of State Capture, Corruption, Fraud and other allegations in the Public Sector including Organs of State

Anyone who has information or evidence relating to allegations falling within the terms of reference of the Commission but who wishes his or her identity to be kept confidential may also contact the Commission and, in appropriate cases and with due regard to the law and the rights of implicated persons, the Commission will take such steps as may be taken in law to keep his or her identity confidential
