The Department of Rural Development and Land Reform invites you to submit written submissions on the Deeds Registries Amendment Draft Bill
The Bill seeks to amend the Deeds Registries Act, 1937 (Act 47 of 1937), so as to improve and enhance application and implementation of the Act. The Bill will also streamline and enhance the administration and registration of deeds.
