The Portfolio Committee on Justice and Constitutional Development invites stakeholders and interested persons to submit written submissions on the Criminal Procedure Amendment Bill [B26-2012]
The purpose of the Criminal Procedure Amendment Bill is to:
Amend the Criminal Procedure Act, 1977, so as to further regulate applications for condonation, leave to appeal and further evidence in criminal proceedings.Comments can be emailed to Mr V Ramaano at [email protected] by no later than Tuesday, 25 September 2012
