Telecommunications and Postal Services

The Portfolio Committee on Telecommunications and Postal Services will embark on public hearings on the Cost to Communicate in South Africa and invites you to make written submissions in order to participate during the hearings from 20 – 21 September 2016 in Parliament.

The Committee has recognised that despite reduced mobile termination rates (MTRs), the cost to communication in South Africa is still high and competition remains fragmented.

Submissions can be emailed to Ms H Salie at [email protected] by no later than Tuesday, 13 September 2016 at 12h00.

Enquiries can be directed to Ms H Salie on tel (021) 403 8264 or cell 061 472 9191
