Rates and Monetary Amounts and Amendment of Revenue Laws Bill [B15-2015]

The Standing Committee on Finance invites you to submit written submissions on the Rates and Monetary Amounts and Amendment of Revenue Laws Bill.

The Rates and Monetary Amounts and Amendment of Revenue Laws Bill [B15-2015] aims to:
• Fix the rates of normal tax;
• Amend the Income Tax Act, 1962, so as to amend rates and monetary amounts;
• Amend the Customs and Excise Act, 1964, so as to amend rates of duty in Schedule 1 to that Act;

Public hearings will be conducted at Parliament on Wednesday, 17 June 2015.

Please note submissions and request to make oral presentation must be received by no later than 12:00 on Monday, 15 June 2015.
