The Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries invites you to comment on the Agricultural Product Standards Amendment Bill.
The Bill seeks to amend the Agricultural Product Standards Act, 1990, so as to:
▪ insert a definition and substitute others;
▪ provide for auditing of a product for quality control;
▪ make provision for management control system;
▪ make further provision for the Minister to make regulations pertaining to audit and management control systems.
