The Department of Higher Education and Training invites you to comment on the draft National Policy on Community Colleges.
The White Paper for Post School Education and Training calls for the establishment of Community Colleges. The draft National Policy on Community Colleges provides a framework for the process of establishing Community Colleges, governance and management of these institutional types, employment of staff, funding framework, programme and qualification offerings, quality assurance, examination and assessment, regulation of private provision, as well as monitoring and evaluation.
