The Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs has published draft regulations dealing with the process to be followed for the lodging and processing of an application for EIA exemption under section 44(1)(a), read with section 24M(3), of the National Environmental Management Act, Act No 107 of 1998.
Comments on the draft National Exemption Regulations are invited
