The Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs has given notice of intention, under section 11(8) of the National Environmental Management Act, 1998 (Act No. 107 of 1998), to establish the Guidelines for the preparation of Implementation Plans and Environmental Management Plans, and is requesting for your comments on the guidelines.
