The Department Transport invites you to comment on the South African Shipping Company Draft Bill, 2022.
The Bill seeks to:
▪ provide for the establishment of the South African Shipping Company;
▪ develop and promote an efficient international and domestic, shipping services provided by the South African Shipping Company; and to provide for matters connected therewith.
