The Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries invites all interested institutions, organizations and individuals to submit written comments on the Agricultural Product Standards Amendment Bill.
The Bill seeks to amend the Agricultural Product Standards Act, 1990, so as to insert a definition and substitute others;
▪ provide for auditing of a product for quality control;
▪ make provision for management control system;
▪ make further provisions for the Minister to make regulations pertaining to audit management control systems.
