The Ombud Council has published the Ombud Council Rules for the Ombud for Financial Services (FAIS Ombud), 2024 (Rules), on its website on 1 July 2024. The Rules are binding regulatory instruments made under the Financial Sector Regulation Act, 2017 (FSR Act), and come into operation on the date of publication.
