The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (the “Authority”) invites you to comment on the Notice of intention to Conduct and Inquiry on the Effects of Load Shedding and the Regulatory Relief Measures the Authority may consider as it seeks to alleviate the impact of load shedding in the electronic communications, broadcasting and postal sectors.
