The Minister of Finance, in terms of section 77(5)(a) of the Financial Intelligence Centre Act, 2001 (Act No. 38 of 2001), invites written submissions from the public on the draft amendments to the Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Control Regulations (“the draft Regulations”). The draft Regulations set out requirements for the sharing of information between accountable institutions.
