The Portfolio Committee on Transport invites you to submit written comments on the Marine Oil Pollution (Preparedness, Response and Cooperation) Bill [B10-2022].
The Bill seeks to:
• give effect to the International Convention on Oil Pollution Preparedness, Response and Cooperation, 1990
• and to provide for matters connected therewith.
